SHIPPING RATES
We offer Free 5-7 Business day shipping on all US orders via USPS excluding single parts. International shipping available and based on weight of items order, please Contact Us for a quote. For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, you will be notified prior to shipping your order. 

SHIPPING TIME
Orders placed before 3pm EST will ship same-day all other orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it has left our facility. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. 

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Orders are processed with the shipping information AS ENTERED at time of order, customer assumes all responsibility for any information provided at time of order. We will not replace lost items delivered to incorrect addresses free of charge. Only items that are returned to us by the carrier will be shipped back to customer as a courtesy. Upon Items leaving our facility all responsibility is relinquished to the intended receiver. Any issue regarding whereabouts of delivered packages are customers responsibility to contact their local post office for assistance.  

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 
All Orders are processed immediately upon submission and move into production for lasering if lasering has been selected. Order cancellation requests must be submitted immediately after order has been placed. Once items have been lasered orders are no longer eligible for cancellation. For Refund Request please contact us by phone at 561-557-6385.  We only accept the return of unused items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund minus a 20% Restocking fee (Excludes items listed as parts, final sale or ineligible for returns). Any used items returned will qualify for a store credit only. All Lasered and Personalized Items are Non-Refundable No Exceptions.  



EXCHANGES
We accept the return of one item per order for a one-time exchange within 30 days from the date of purchase exchanged item MUST be unused items and cannot be engraved . Customer is responsible for shipping exchange items to us. Multiple item exchanges per order are not valid. Any additional unqualifying items sent in for exchange are subject to shipping charge to return items back.

If price of exchange item is higher customer is responsible for the balance prior to shipping. If the price of the exchange is lower store credit will be issued for the difference. Exchange credits cannot be combined across multiple orders or accounts. Credits will only be applied to one email account. 

Shears that have suffered damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect or serviced by anyone other than Shears Direct are void of warranty and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Shears Direct reserves the right to refuse returns at any time due to abuse of our refund and exchange policy. Anyone found abusing this policy will be flagged and all sales will be considered final therein after. Customer assumes the responsibility to contact Shears Direct to inform of any issues or concerns prior to 30 days from date of purchase. 

Items shipped for returns or inspections are customers responsibility for any incurring shipping costs.

WARRANTY & SHEAR REPAIR
We inspect and test each shear prior to shipping.  We offer a one time courtesy repair should any covered warranty issue that may arise within the first 30 days of purchase. Customer assumes the responsibility to contact Shears Direct to inform of any issues or concerns prior to 30 days from date of purchase.  Shears and clipper blades that are more than 30 days from date of purchase or have suffered damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect or serviced by anyone other than Shears Direct are void of warranty and not eligible for courtesy repair and are subject to $20 per shear fee for sharpening. 

Items shipped for returns or inspections are customers responsibility for any incurring shipping costs.
